My aim is to help you reach your personal fitness goals through a simple and effective approach. We will work as a team to establish a fitness program that helps you reach your peak performance. I focus on personalized training schedules to ensure the maximum results for my clients. Whether you are new to training or looking to improve on your foundations I’ll make sure we find the right fit for you! My services can be provided in home, outdoors or in a private studio space.
I received my personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I have always had a passion for fitness and physical exercise, especially after playing Division I football for Fordham University - Go Rams! I am committed to making your fitness journey fun, safe and successful.
